Marine Technician Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair outboard engines and marine systems
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections
- Troubleshoot electrical, fuel, and mechanical issues
- Complete repairs accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Boat Rigger Responsibilities
- Rig new boats with motors, electronics, and accessories
- Install trolling motors, fish finders, Power-Poles, shallow water anchors, lighting, and other marine accessories
- Perform pre-delivery inspections to ensure every boat meets Highway Marine’s quality standards
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to prepare boats for customer delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Marine industry experience is preferred but motivated individuals with mechanical experience are encouraged to apply
